The company was founded in August 2006 by like-minded professionals hаving successful long-term experience in the financial sector of numerous countries. The team has unique experience of cross-border and up-country transactions, and obtained rich records in managing of clients’ assets.
The concept of Capital Times’ structure is an independent partnership with the following directions of business activity:
• Providing clients with a full range of consulting services in mergers and acquisitions, (M & A-buying and selling of businesses, shares, etc.)
- Capital Times is ready to assist the client in restructuring (companies, debt)
- Minsk office of the company provides services on projects related to real estate.
• Provision of asset management services for private and institutional investors.
The main goal of Capital Times’ activity is rendering investment services to customers - medium and large enterprises, financial institutions and individuals – in order to achieve their strategic and financial objectives of corporate finance and investments.
Since September 2009, the first of the CIS’s companies, the Capital Times became a member of «M&A Europe» association, joining a major international pool of investment boutiques.
