Sergey has been with the company since its foundation. He advised on large number of successful transactions in M & A and investment consulting in Ukraine and Belarus.

Some of the selected projects include: expansion of the Ukrainian "Delta Bank" into the Belarusian market – acquisition of ATOM Bank; attraction of financial investor for the retail chain "RodnayaStorona" (cooperating on further projects); divestment of IFD Capital Group (Ukraine) pension business. Sergey has over 10 years experience on Russian, CIS and CEE securities markets. He has been active on the Ukrainian securities market since 1998. From 2003 to 2006 he manager the company, which was the leader of the regional securities market. Sergey also has substantial experience in the banking sector.

Erik Nayman is a  Managing Partner of Capital Times Investment Company since 2010.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Nayman worked as Head of Investment Banking at Ukrsotsbank (UnicreditBank) starting from 2002. From 2001 to 2002, he worked as Investment Managing Director at Interregional Investment Company( currently, Millennium Capital). In  1998-2001, he worked as a portfolio manager at Polar-Invest. From 1997 to 1998, he worked as an equity analyst at Alfa Capital.

Mr. Nayman organised bond issues for NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, Ukrtransgaz, The Southwest Railway, Kiev City, Concern Galnaftogaz, Dneproshina, LuAz, Molis, Oranta Ukraine, Foxtrot Group,and many other companies.

Mr. Nayman graduated from the Novosibirsk State Academy of Economy and Management.

In 1998, 1999 and 2004 the Ukrainian newspaper "Business" listed him among five of the most influential people on the Ukrainian stock market.

Kirill Zhabenko joined Capital Times Investment Company in 2008. He is responsible for business development of Mergers and Acquisitions projects and structuring transactions in Ukraine.

Prior to joining Capital Times Investment Company, Mr. Zhabenko held several senior positions at leading Ukrainian banks and at Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange (1997-2004); from 2004 to 2008, he worked as Director of M&A at Larive Ukraine. He was in charge of a number of complex deals including selling of the 50% stake of the Ukrainian logistics and transportation company to the Dutch company Verhoeven Logistics. Kirill provided M&A advice to the Non-State Pension Fund (NPF) Prvapokojninskadružbad.d. (Slovenia) during its expansion into the Ukrainian market. Another major project was the divestment of the NPF in the Ukraine (formerly owned by the Russian financial group IFD Capital) to local strategic investor.

Kirill Zhabenko received MSc degree in Business Administration from Kiev State University of Economics in 1997.

Tim joined Capital Times Investment Company in November 2009, and he is responsible for M&A projects management. Before Capital Times, from April 2008 to August 2009, he worked as a project manager in the International Capital Markets division at Investment Banking Department of IG Altera Finance. Mr. Kogan was directly involved in a significant number of projects, most notably in the sale of 25% -1 shares of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange to the Foreign Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining IG Altera Finance Tim worked at the consulting company Business Practices combining the positions of an assessor and business development manager. Tim Kogan participates as a speaker at  various forums and conferences on Investments.

Tim Kogan graduated from Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade. He holds MSc (distinction) in Finance.

Andrei Drobot joined Capital Times Investment Company in February 2012. He is responsible for origination and execution of projects in M&A and Strategy/Restructuring fields. Andrei’s experience includes numerous projects in strategy development, restructuring, M&A with leading foreign and Ukrainian companies. Prior to joining the Company Andrei was employed by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants where he participated in many strategy related projects, such as: strategy development for banks, network optimization for banks, restructuring of non-performing loan cases, market entry strategy for foreign manufacturers and many more. Main sectors of experience include: banks, diary and beverages, machinery, mining, production of construction materials, real estate, agriculture.
Andrei graduated from Wisconsin International University and obtained a degree of MBA (Summa Cum Laude) in 2012.

Dmitriy has been working for the Company since 2009 and is engaged in investment analysis of M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Capital Times Investment Company, Dmitriy worked as a financial analyst responsible for portfolio assessment for a leading real estate investment and development company XXI Century Investments. Also Dmitriy obtained  joint stock companies valuation experience while working for the investment company On-line Capital which operates on the Ukrainian stock market.

Dmitriy got a MSc degree in System Analysis of the Financial Marketfrom the National Technical University of Ukraine Kiev Polytechnic Institute (Institute for Applied System Analysis)MSc.

Oleg joined the Company in June 2011 and is responsible for analytical support of Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, conducts researches in advantage industries and companies valuation.
Prior to joining Capital Times team, in 2006-2010 he worked as the Leading Financial Analyst at Rating Agency "Credit-Rating" analyzing credit solvency of the companies - the largest corporate bond issuers of the сountry. In 2005-2006 worked at "Privatbank" as Expert in Corporate Lending, in 2002-2005 engaged in own business.
Oleg graduated from the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, as well as graduated Institute of Further Training at Ministry of Industrial Politics of Ukraine with the specialty "Finances".

Joined the company in July 2011 by combining the position of chief accountant and expert back-office.

Tatiana works for Capital Times Investment Company since 2007 and manages Company’s international relationships activities.

From 2003 to 2006 Tatiana worked for several commercial banks in the Republic of Belarus. Prior to coming to the Company, Tatiana held the position of Chief Economist in the Department of Resources and Debt instruments at BELSWISSBANK.

Tatiana graduated from Smolensk State Pedagogic University and All-Russian State Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit.

She is a holder of the asset management certificate of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission.

In the company Dementiy is responsible for the management and development of M&A projects in Belarus. He worked for a number of subsidiaries of the Lithuanian holding company UBIG (one of them was an investment project with a total value of EURO 300 million). Since 1998 he has been working for a broad spectrum of institutional financial market participants.

Since 2001 Dementiy has been the head of the department of OJSC Derzhavainvest, which is one of the leading Belarusian securities dealers. As a result of his deep understanding of the Belarusian securities market and excellent management skills in 2004 the average monthly turnover of the department reached $5 million.

Furthermore, his efforts were instrumental in placing the company in the TOP-5 among the Belarusian stock market operators, ranked by the number of transactions registered at the Belarusian Stock Exchange.

Dementiy graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University. Since then he has been constantly working on the improvement of his professional skills at leading business education institutions in Minsk and Moscow.

Sergei joined the Company in 2009. He is responsible for projects connected with mergers and acquisitions of Belarusian companies.

Prior to joining Capital Times Investment Company Sergei worked at several leading Belarusian investment companies and was involved in a number of various transactions in financial sector (banking and insurance), retail and TMT.

Sergei holds an honours degree from the Belarusian National Technical University (2005) and a degree in Finance and Credit from the Belarusian High School of Management and Business (2006).

Anton Gomelkov joined the Company in 2009. Mr. Gomelkov is responsible for conducting market research and developing supporting materials for M&A transactions. Previously Anton covered retail and TMT sectors as an analyst at a Belarusian investment company.

Mr. Gomelkov studies International Investments at the Belarusian State Economic University.
