Sergey works at the company since it was founded. He held a number of successful transactions in M & A and investment consulting (Ukraine, Belarus).

Among them are: expansion of the Ukrainian "Delta Bank" to the Belarusian market – buying of ATOM Bank; attraction of financial investor for a retail chain "Rodnaya Storona" (cooperation still continues); Sale of IFD Kapital Group (Ukraine) pension business. He has a 10 years experience on securities markets of Russia, countries of CIS and Eastern Europe. His works on the Ukrainian securities market since 1998. Since 2003 he managed the company, which was a leader of the securities market. He also has the experience in banking.

Graduating the Belarusian State Economic University in 1998 he worked in a banking system of the Republic of Belarus. He received a Master degree in “Finance and credit” and in “Business administration”; he also received a post-graduated course in science and research institute of the Belarusian Ministry of Economics.

Currently Sergey is enrolled in Senior Executive MBA program at the Business School of MIM-Kyiv.

Mr. Nayman works as head of Investment Banking at Ukrsotsbank (UnicreditBank) since 2002. In 2001-2002, he worked as investment managing director at «Interregional Investment Company» (Millennium Capital» - in present time). In 1998-2001, he worked as portfolio manager at «Polar-Invest». In 1997-1998, he worked as equity analytic at Alfa Capital.

Mr. Nayman organised bond issuing for NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, Ukrtransgaz, The Southwest Railway, Kiev City, Concern Galnaftogaz, Dneproshina, LuAz, Molis, Oranta Ukraine, Foxtrot Group, etc.

Mr. Nayman graduated from the Novosibirsk State Academy of Economy and Management

In 1998, 1999 and 2004 on interrogation of the newspaper "Business" entered into the five of the most influential persons on Ukrainian stock market.

Mr. Zhabenko is responsible for business development in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and structuring transactions in Ukraine. He works in the Company since 2008.

Prior to joining Capital Times, Mr. Zhabenko held several senior positions at leading Ukrainian banks and Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange (1997-2004); in 2004 to 2008, Director of M&A at Larive Ukraine.He was in charge of a number of complex deals, including, selling of the 50% of the Ukrainian logistic and transportation company to the Dutch company Verhoeven Logistics, provide M&A advise to the Non-State Pension Fund (NPF) Prva pokojninska družba d.d. (Slovenia) during its entering Ukraine, selling of the NPF in Ukraine of the Russian financial group IFD Kapital to local strategic investor.

Mr. Zhabenko received a Masters in Business Administration from Kiev State University of Economics in 1997.

Tim has joined Capital Times in November 2009, and he is responsible for projects management in mergers and acquisitions. Before Capital Times, from April 2008 to August 2009, he worked as a project manager in the International Capital Markets division at Investment Banking Department of IG "Altera Finance". Mr. Kogan was directly involved in a significant number of projects, among which we can allocate the sale of 25% -1 shares of Ukrainian Stock Exchange to the Foreign Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining IG "Altera Finance" Tim worked in the consulting company "Business Practices", combining positions of assessor and business development manager. Tim Kogan is the speaker of the various forums and conferences on investment.

Tim Kogan graduated from Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade. He received a Masters of Finance with distinction.

Dmitriy is working with the Company since 2009 and is engaged in investment analysis of transactions associated with buying and selling businesses.

Prior to joining “Capital Times”, Dmitriy worked for leading real estate investment and development company “XXI Century Investments” at the position of financial analyst on portfolio assessment. Also he has obtained evaluation experience of the joint stock companies in investment company “On-line Capital” which operates in the Ukrainian stock market.

Dmitriy graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kiev Polytechnic Institute” Institute for Applied System Analysis and got his Master’s Degree in “System analysis of the financial market”.

Mr. Zhypetskyi is responsible for relationships with private and institutional investors. In 2007-2008, he worked as expert of Private Client’s sector at OTP Bank. Took active part in the processes connected with the bank’s restyling. In 2008-2009, he worked as expert of Sales and Marketing Department at AMC OTP Capital. He has successful experience of creation and start of sales of investment funds, and also the subsequent support of clients. In 2008 has conducted a number of trainings for sales managers.

Mr. Zhypetskyi graduated from the National Aviation University.

He has asset management certificate of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission.

Tatiana is with Capital Times since 2007 and heads international relationships activity. Her creativity is applied in interesting and innovative approaches for business cases.

During 2003–2006 Tatiana was working at commercial banks in the Republic of Belarus(BELSWISSBANK), last one — at the position of chief economist of the Department of Resources and Debt instruments.

Tatiana graduated Smolensk State Pedagogic University and The All-Russian State Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics with a specialization in “Finance and Credit”.

Experience at stock market since 2004. She started career in professional member of the market as specialist of back-office.

Sergey supervises over the projects connected with attraction of investments in building branch: the residential, commercial, trading-entertaining real estate, retail, purchase and sale of the enterprises.

Since 2004 Sergey has an experience in work in trading companies in Belarus, since 2006 supervised over the trading and industrial company in Belarus.

In 2008 Sergey has graduated from “Belarusian National Technical University” majoring in a field “Economics and attraction of foreign investments”.

Sergei joined the Company in 2009. He is responsible for projects connected with mergers and acquisitions of Belarusian companies.

Previously, Sergei worked in different Belarusian investment companies and was involved in a number of various transactions in financial sector (banking and insurance), retail and TMT.

Sergei graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University in 2005 with an honours degree and the Belarusian High School of Management and Business in Finances and credit in 2006.

Anton Gomelkov has been working in the Company since 2009. Mr. Gomelkov is responsible for conducting market research and developing supporting materials for M&A transactions. Previously Anton worked as an analyst in a Belarusian investment company covering retail and TMT sectors.

Mr. Gomelkov is graduating Belarusian State Economic University with the specialization in “International Investments”.
